There is a difference. Equivalent PHP, Javascript and Java functions all give the same result, Progress gives a different result. I couldn’t find any docs or logged issues to explain the difference. We tried experimenting for a while to resolve it but in the end resorted to a local call to a PHP script to do the Base64 encode. I believe that with sufficient time, it should be resolvable. But there’s never enough time.
