Hi David, thank you for confirming the load balancer works as expected! Yes, I am a little disappointed that we did not foresee the radical changes in industry when we wrote the APSV protocol almost 20 years ago! 
But in all seriousness, when we wrote the APSV protocol it was for our proprietary NameServer load balancer and the internet was still curiosity. Again, if this is a feature you need, please get your friends together and raise the priority so we can get it done.
