I am also using 11.2.6900 and am able to create many language versions for a page (English,, Spanish, French). Can you walk us through in more detail the steps to reproduce the issue? When creating the spanish version are you starting from scratch or copying from english? Does the error only happen while trying to view on the frontend or is the issue creating content in general? I would also suggest opening a support ticket too.
