32-bit releases which include Progress Developer Studio don't include the color-coding features in the Procedure Editor and AppBuilder. The only current 32-bit products which include the features are OpenEdge Studio and WebSpeed Workshop. These features are available in the Procedure Editor and AppBuilder in 64-bit releases on Windows starting in 11.7.
