If your area is that large *and* there are indexes in that area *and* the rows per block is 64 or greater then you *might* have index corruption. You might not have seen any symptoms. The safe thing to do is to apply the hotfix (or upgrade) and rebuild all indexes in that area. Merely installing the hotfix is not enough.
