Curtis, A reboot wouldn't hurt, but I am not confident it will address your problem. The PDSOE team has this as a bug and has supposedly fixed it on OE 11.7 Service Pack 2. Service Pack 2 release target is end of October (early next week if all goes well). Would be possible for you to hold until it is release? I believe the best path would be install the Service Pack 2 (instead of re-installing your current OE). I would keep monitoring it for you and let you know as soon as it is release.
