Hi Philip, I see that you Rollbase subscription is already cancelled (03/05/2016). Are you looking for more information on this or your query is addressed? Generally, the subscriptions get cancelled automatically on the date of “Expiration Date" which you can check in your subscription details page. I'm not sure if there is ways to force cancel the subscription. However, you could get in touch with support for any such requests. May I know if there is any specific reason you wanted to have your subscription cancelled? Regards, Mani.
