No, OpenEdge doesn't rely on IE's temp-folders. The temporary file the message refers to is one that it creates all by itself. But there's a defect there in that this file is always created in the *working directory*, not the temp directory specified with -T. That's now known as PSC00349480. Workaround would be to make sure users have write access to the working directory of the application on the Citrix servers. If that's not an option for you, I'd suggest opening a support case to investigate other alternatives
