I don't see any AIW or BIW latch activity and there are a lot of buffers being flushed at checkpoint -- did something happen and you don't have the AIW/BIW/APW helper processes running? Hit ratio of 95% is dreadful -- and supports my earlier contention that your biggest problem is having 32 bit cement shoes.
