For the -semsets 3 (default) and/or 6 (the recent value)? On the system runnining only 2 databases? But broker successfully creates the semaphore identifiers at database startup. What processes failed to create more identifiers? The ones that reported the semaphore errors? But the client processes use only one semaphore in the semaphore identifiers created by broker and they get it at connection time: What are you waiting for? A reason for waiting around.
