The preview feature on Custom reports limits each looper section and any loop/wizard view to show a maximum of 10 records only. This is to quickly preview how a section would look when designing the report. If you have a lot of data in your app, every time you preview it will spend time generating a report with all data which is time consuming. You can drop the report link on any page and use Run Report to view the report with full data.
