I see a fresh article about this knowledgebase.progress.com/.../High-OM-latches-after-online-activation-of-CDC-policies >>Cause >>This is expected behavior. But I do not agree that this should be the expected behavior. Performance degradation should not be due to the simple addition of CDC policies and this is certainly not expected by the end customers.
