Hi Navjot - 1. Create a send email trigger. 2. Edit workflow action. You should be able to see 'Run triggers after this action' section under which you should see your send email trigger. Select that and bring it to the 'Triggers to run' section (on the right). 3. configure the 'change status' dropdown to change the status. Regards.
