Each "NEW" is the rough equivalent of a RUN statement in terms of time, so you need to structure code like this accordingly. I'd suggest instantiating an OO structure outside of the loop and then make calls into the structure when in the loop. PSC knows about this issue and is doubtless doing what they can about it.
