I see some changes in _database-feature from 11.7 to 12.0. Several feature IDs that previously had names (15: Concurrent JTA and Replication, 17: MT Index Rebuild, 18: MT Data Move, 20: TP Index Rebuild, 22: Read-only Partitions, 23: New VST Tables, and 25: Partition Copy) are now just "Reserved". I understand that for a feature like 23, where an 11.x database may or may not have that VST schema, but all 12.x databases do. But for the add-on-related features (MT and TP), isn't there still a need in 12.x to determine whether the feature is enabled or not? Or is the purpose of the record to determine whether a feature *could* be enabled? Also, there is now a typo in "After Image Mangement/Archiver" (feature 8).
