When using MD5 for comparing builds to generate a minimum size hotfix build we are getting some odd results. Using Bamboo with git & OE102b It seems inconsistent even when using the same database and same git branch to populate separate directories we get a small percentage of files as having different MD5 values. Its inconsistent, regardless of whether the code has db access or not. Any clues.
