Hi all, OpenEdge auditing uses control characters to condense a database CRUD operation into a single column. If the CRUD operation involves the population of a column with the very control codes used then this makes breaking up the audit record for data processing purposes difficult. In a similar vein with these condensed audit records its impossible to determine if a old or new value is a NULL value or a question mark (i.e. ? or "?"). Is there a way to configure the auditing to escape these characters somehow?
