Currently the decimal datatype is limited to 10 decimal places. Extend the decimal datatype to 28 significant digits . Or introduce another datatype which can hold more then 10. Biggest problem is within calculations that in every segment of the calculation the rounding is done on 10 decimal digits. So if you have : DEFINE VARIABLE d AS DECIMAL NO-UNDO. d = (0.01 * 0.0123456789) * 100. MESSAGE d VIEW-AS ALERT-BOX INFORMATION BUTTONS OK. You end up with a round on 8 digits.
