[Progress Communities] [Progress OpenEdge ABL] Compiler warning 214 should report the line that triggered the warning

Compiler warning 214 (Transaction keyword given within actual transaction level) doesn't report the line that triggered the warning. It would be nice if the Compiler could be reviewed in order to report the line.
