Swathi Yellavaram I already have the Milliseconds allowed for re-parsing at 3000 = 3 seconds. It clearly is not respected in all cases. AFAIK autocomplete will wait for building of the class cache to complete which is one of the very long processes in PDSOE. There may be others beside that.
