Hi mlrobertson Thanks for your help For this case there was a support ticket 00408763, the comments indicate what was done by Progress support. Also, the customer provided the database files through Progress FTP. I believe ticket comments are visible, as to the files provided by the customer, can you see them? if not i can get them Please let me know Kind Regards Daniel
