Hello Jeff, I'm not sure this is still relevant, but it can't hurt to have it. Just not urgent based on the initial requirement. Ideally we would be able to query for every type of object that consumes space, be it a table, an index, lob storage, and so on. Right now we don't use or support multi-tenancy. For the initial idea, being a licensing requirement the in-use size would be preferred, but from a DBA viewpoint both in-use and allocated makes sense. As for the purging of data, yes, some data are transient and we recommend customers purging it from time to time for various reasons. If they pay less for less data that's one more reason to do it.
