We may be using a couple of workflow actions beyond the way they were originally intended, but we have set up a method by which people can close a case from a link sent to them in an email. This link is the URL to workflow action (which uses a status change page). In our scenario, internally, the "Accept Answer" workflow action button should only display when the case Status is set to "Answered". If someone closes the case, the status goes to "Closed". After that point, if an internal user clicks the link in the email, they are taken to an ugly error stack page which states the Workflow Action cannot be performed on the record. Perhaps giving us the ability to define a custom error page for end users would be a good option here. If a user attempts to access the URL when the workflow action condition fails, then they would receive a custom error page rather than the unreadable one that Rollbase throws up there.
