Progress 9.1E Admin Server consumes a lot of CPU

Hello!

I step into a problem: java processes, spawned by admin server (invoking with proadsv and asbman) consumes up to 30% CPU without user load. Could anyone give me direction to resolve this abnormal situation?

OS: HP-UX 11.11 PA-RISC 64
Progress 9.1E patch 04
JRE 1.3-13 (bundled with Progress).
