brachytherapy (VBT) - radiation therapy delivered inside an artery
to prevent it from re-closing (restenosis).
We are seeking a Programmer Analyst I. This position reports to
our Director, Information Systems.
Responsibilities include developing, designing, analyzing, estimating
and implementing computer programs and systems based on general user
requirements following existing standards and procedures. Designs,
writes, tests, documents, implements and maintains applications; analyzes
business needs to assist in defining project objectives and feasibility;
continually improves the quality and performance of systems; documents
the system to ensure effective use and efficient ongoing maintenance;
designs and develops enhancements to systems to meet changing business
requirements; responsible for on-call duties to provide application
support during off hours as needed; conducts user meetings to determine
or clarify detail design specifications and gain user testing approval;
analyzes, reviews and alters program to increase operating efficiency or
adapt to new requirements; may act as project manager; assists users to
solve operational problems; and other duties as assigned.
MUST HAVE: Must have bachelor's degree or equivalent in information
systems or related field, with 0-2 years relevant work experience.
Must have experience programming in MFG Pro or Progress.
PREFERRED: MFG Pro and Linux server experience are a plus.
