Mid-level Support Analyst with Progress programming experience needed
for 6-month contract. The candidate will be in a team of four analysts
and will be responsible for monitoring production support, fixing
application errors, dealing with clients and users of a custom
Progress-based system. Each of the four support analysts will take turns
being on call with a pager, so candidate can expect to be asked to wear
a pager 25% of the time.

Rate:
$38-45/hour

Required skills:
* 5 years experience with Progress (version 7-9)
* UNIX Shell Scripting
* Excellent communication skills and customer/user skills are critcal
* No H1-B sponsorships considered at this time
Desired, not required:
* Java experience is a plus; system user interface developed in Java
* Local candidates preferred - no travel expenses will be paid
