Hi, I have a problem with Admin Servers on a clustered TruUnix64 system, I would greatly appreciate any help / suggestions...
The problem we have is that we have an Admin Server started on one of the hosts of the cluster (proadsrv -start command), but when we try the same on the other host we get no error or confirmation message, but a query produces ADMIN SERVER NOT ALIVE.
Is it possible or necessary to have two Admin Servers on the same cluster, and if not how do we connect from one to the other ?
We have tried using the -host parameter on asbman to connect to the other host's admin server, but are experiencing problems with logon (this needs to be automated).
