We added a new printer "HP Laserjet M1212NF " to eB2. It was configured well from unix end as well as eB2 end. But not sure why the prints from eb2 is not getting printed to this printer.
If anyone have any idea please help asap.

We identified that the printer needs to be configured in a wintel server and not in the eB2 application server(not from unix). So configured the printer from wintel end. then redefined the printer in eB2 with wintel team given printer name.
While we try to get the print to printer from eB2 its showing an error :
"Report is now running. Press Ctrl-C to cancelHPLJM1212NF: unknown printer" Can anyone tell why this is happening ?

Gateway: 161.228.14.254
