I am attempting to load Cognos BI on a new PC (XP). I have recently reloaded BI on my XP machine without incident. I am getting the following Query Server Error:
[MS][ODBC Driver Mgr]Data source name not found and no default driver specified
Details:
Error number -40: DMS-E-DBACCESS, It was not possible to access the
'STYELINE5' database.
[MS][ODBC Driver Mgr] Data source name not found and no default driver specified.
Yet at the ODBC System DSN/Config menu, I click Test Connect and the Syteline DB is connected. On the drivers tab I have two MERANT 3.60 32-BIT drivers,

* 1 is 3.60.00.00
* 2 is 3.60.00.03
The new user does NOT have the .03 listed. Does this mean anything. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Can you direct me 'where to go' with this issue?* 2 is 3.60.00.03
