New to WS, Simple (?) Question

Very new to WebSpeed, somewhat new to web in general, but old to Progress.

I am getting this error in my browser while trying to do a POST to a URL in the form of "../../../cgi-bin/wspd_webdemo_cgi.sh/foo/foo.p".

The service reported an abnormal condition. Please contact your service provider. : Error -65

I can see from the logs that the web server thinks all is well but the WebSpeed Server logs have no activity at all. So does this perhaps mean the WebSpeed Messenger is misconfigured and if so how to I diagnose that?

Progress 11, Apache, Chrome.
 
RHD, thanks for being such a faithful contributor.

I eventually figured out that this was some kind of network/proxy problem between the WS Messenger and the WS Server.
