We have the need to backup a copy of a production tenant and restore it into a test tenant for development, testing, and troubleshooting. While we can generate the app.xml from prod and update the app.xml into the test tenant, the usefulness is greatly diminished without having the supporting data to develop on, test with, and/or troubleshoot with.
