mprosrv.exe!!!!!!!!!!!! cpu usage at 100%

Yesterday I upgraded our progress software from 9.1b into its existing directroy. the upgrade went fine. I reinserted all the database information in pro-control. Database's started up fine. all the users today can connect fine to the db's but the whole process has slowed down tremondously. I looked at the processes in task manager and there are at least a hundred mprosrv.exe. looking at the performance tab I was shocked to see cpu usage was at a 100%. I don't know what to do. Help?????

Hi there!

I got once the same behavior, i fixed it with a fresh install of the new version of the db server.
First installed new version on top of older version, but the problem arised, so uninstalled the previous (9.0 i think), and then installed the new one (9.0b i think or 9.1) don't recall, but that was the trouble..

Try it, i think it will fix it.
