MIgration HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi All.

Im trying to initate a proyect to migrate My Database Progress 8.3b to Version 9.1d.


The current situation is the following:


This is a Payroll System.

1 Database 4 Gb.
2 Historical on-line 40 Gb.
3 Settings database 3 Gb.
4 Trigger control database (to Know What, When and WHo do anything). 6 Gb.


with Bi´s an Ai´s Sum 65 Gb aprox.
1,2,4 are multivolume databases
4 no.

V8 to V9 conversion should only take 5 minutes per database. DB 4 will need to be multi-volume first though. Just back it all up, conver DB4 to multi-volume, truncate the BI and run the proutil <db> -C conv89 and you should be away.
