Menu Options

We created a new menubar with only 1 drop-down menu - It works ok except
none of the options are available - how do we turn them on ?

What do you mean none of the options are available ?
Are you calling this from a custom program ? Is this
custom program being called as a "Stack" program ?

The menu pop but no options can be selected. It is a custom program and it
is installed with the menu-editor as a stack call.
