Make PDSOE processes available as external (ant) tasks for unattended execution

Some operations in PDSOE take a very long time to complete. It would greatly enhance productivity if such processes could be run overnight without user interaction. I'm thinking about the following processes : Initializing openedge tooling Project Build, with optional clean The thing that causes a delay during the first run when "launching delegate" is shown If these processes could be called from ant they could be used in a CI platform such as Jenkins
