Can anyone tell me if -lkwtmo "lock wait timeout” parameter be changed through a program for a client session?

IMHO, that would only be possible if there were a corresponding attribute on the session system handle available which you could change. But there is not, as of OE10.1c - so I assume it's not possible ...
