Last open date mismatch

Im getting the below err while starting the server. is there any way to get rid of this. please help me

Are you trying to start the server after restoring it from backup. It appears that you have taken a operating system level backup of an online database that is one of the reason for such errors. If this is the case then take a progress online backupp and restore it and then restart the server.
