First of all, I'm surprised that noone has responded to your posting sooner. I just back from vacation or I would have responded sooner myself.
In general terms, I'm not sure what you're looking for. There are so many aspects to taking a physical inventory that must be taken into account. From a strictly Syteline point of view, if you have the user manuals (specifically Inventory Control) the information contained therein is helpful, though anything but complete.
One helpful hint, review Solution 31 and Solution 40 (I'll email them directly). They are very helpful in streamline the PI process.
