How to Convert Progress Files from Progress 10 to 9?

.... and remove / rework any and OE 10 features you may have used in your code
Only reason I could think of is maintenance has not been paid so it'll cost $$ to get OE10/11. Well, that and "its to hard and too costly to upgrade right now and we MUST have this application" (note: I am not a fan of either of those)
