How do i use Collate search under 4GL,SQL?

Hi,
I have a problem with hungarian national characters when i want to search text "id" or "key" fields.
ex.: ATRA and ATRÁ
Our database filled up with iso8859-2 data and created/started with:
-cpinternal iso8859-2 -cpstream iso8859-2 -cpcoll Hungarian

Why can't i make a difference between two words like above?

Please help me!
