ABOUT US
Established in 1995, Radius Solutions, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of
a UK based organization with worldwide interests. It is focused on the sale,
development, implementation and support of a fully integrated business
information system designed specifically for the printing and packaging
industry written in Progress 4GL. Radius Solutions operates on an
international basis and is supported through a global network of offices.
Its rapidly expanding North American operations are located in Massachusetts
and Chicago.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years experience in 4GL database programming required, Progress
experience preferred.
Should have business application experience in the manufacturing,
distribution or finance areas of expertise.
Knowledge of the Printing and Packaging industry would be beneficial.
Working knowledge of report writing, database administration, UNIX, and MS
Office applications preferred.
POSITION
Two positions open, both full time, permanent positions. One in our office
in Chicago, Illinois, the other in East Longmeadow, MA.
Job responsibilities would include: In-depth analysis of helpdesk issues,
including debugging and patching program files; providing high-level
technical answers; developing and implementing new software versions;
software implementation on customer site; provision of application software
support via our US Support Center; training and consultancy to the existing
client base. Some travel will be required. Must be willing to relocate to
one of the two offices.
