I am trying to use the strdbmon command (start database monitor) on the AS400 to get some information on the performance of our database on AS400.
First I submit a job (sbmjob) and write down the job numer and job queue. Then I start the database monitor and use the previously created job number. A message is returned that the database monitor is started. When I check the output file I see only one line, which seems to be some header line. When I fully use the database, still nothing is written to the output file.
What am I missing?
