Getting Fixes for Bugs

We're trying to test Syteline 4.01 (4.5) and uncovering a number of bugs. These
are logged through the Symix UK office and sometimes I get notification that it
is a known problem and will be fixed in a future release.

Anyone know of a faster route for getting bug fixes. We have purchased source
so I need modified source minimum.

Sorry, I don't have fixes to provide, but I recently received 4.01. Do you
have a bug list you could share? If 4.01 causes more problems than it
fixes, we'll back off, again.

Try: http://support.symix.com/supportcgi-bin/bugs.cgi

You will need access ... Which is granted by e-mail if you contact Symix. If
you are bot a direct Symix customer you may have access only to part of it
... But do a search on your version wihtout keywords and Voilà you have a
bug list ...

They also have an "enhancement" list by version somewhere else on the Web
site ...
