We're searching for a MFG Pro/Progress Specialist/Lead for one of our major clients in the Massachusetts area.
Full/time position:
We're looking for a MFG Pro/Progress Specialist/Lead who is technically strong in MFG Pro and Progress (3-5 years). Lead experience is also desired. Direct experience with QAD implementations (converting to QAD from legacy) and supply chain business knowledge in purchasing, MRP, and software control is required. The candidate will also be developing specifications, coding, and testing with progress in relation to interfaces, conversion programs, and reports. This person will wear many different hats and be the MFG Pro/Progress expert technical person who will use their expertise to teach others and solve problems/needs of end users. This project is more technical than project management. Eventually, there will be some consultants who will work under this individual to accomplish projects. Versions of MFG Pro being used are 9.0 and versions of Progress being used are 8.3b.
