WS-C2960XR-24PD-I is a PoE switch, supporting 802.3af and 802.3at, while WS-C2960XR-24TD-I is not; WS-C2960XR-24PD-I has 640W AC power supply, but WS-C2960XR-24TD-I has 250W AC power supply.
