If you are having trouble getting Microsoft Excel to list your tables when using an ODBC DSN with the Data Connection Wizard, I recommend adding WorkArounds2=2097152 to see if this will solve the problem. When Microsoft Excel requests a list of catalogs using SQLTables, this option will cause the D2C ODBC Driver to return an HYC00 -- optional feature not implemented -- error, indicating that catalogs are not supported.
