Forum Post: User list is not visible to non-admin users

Hi All, I have created an application by using existing User object so I can manage users from my application level. There will be users with different roles assigned to them as well. In this case I can see all the listed users only if I am the administrator, other type users with different role cannot see the list even though they have the access to the view. I tried by giving all the available permission to the role and still Its not visible to the user. Is there any specific configuration or setup to be done in this case or Am I missing something?
