Forum Post: Rollbase Message "Error: Email is already in use"

Hi, I am using the rollbase hosted trial version and this is the situation. I created a user with a related email, days after I deleted that user and now I want to create a new user related to the same email used with the user before. When I try to create the user, the following message is displayed "Error: Email nnn@yahoo.com is already in use", I have only one user created in the system and it is not related with that email shown in the message. How can I free the email so I can use it in the creation of a new user?
