Since Gus said both ... "rows residing in different partitions of a single table can have the same rowid value." ... and ... "rows belonging to different tenants in the same multitenant table can have the same rowid value." ... I assumed that he was talking about the new table partitioning functionality, not just the multi-tenancy features. Not a major problem for me, as I've got no immediate plans to use table partitioning. It just sounded like a nasty gotcha for anyone that decided to partition a legacy DB that was being maintained by ADM1 code
