Sorry, more things for you to try: remove the -N tcp and -c from the other server arguments, -c is a client parameter and -N TCP is by default you might also want to reduce maxusers from 10000 as a) I don't believe you need it, b) you are violating the license agreement 
when you start the db like that: proserve -properties c:\dlc\properties\conmgr.properties -servergroup database-3.defaultconfiguration.defaultservergroup -adminport 7842 -m5 (you need to change the -properties to match your settings) is there an antivirus or antispam software on that machine, which might be interfering with java.exe ?
